Funnily enough, Anxious k8e was born out of a lifetime of anxiety...shocker right??! And I'm just here trying to get by like the rest of us.

Since having anxiety from the beginning of time, I've been through it. Trust me. And one day I'll make t-shirts! Now, mental health is definitely no laughing matter, it's hard, really hard. BUT we either have to laugh or cry about it!

I wanted to dedicate a platform where I combine humour and support. A safe space where we can take the piss out of ourselves, and relatable content to raise awareness and show each and every anxious brain that you are not alone.

My products echo the same ethos - a reminder, if nothing else, that the feeling of anxiety is temporary and does not define who you are. Whether you suffer, or you know someone who does, you can treat yourself or gift that reminder.
